Host: I can't agree with you more, Jimmy. Julie, let's hear your story first. How did you get to where you 
are today?
Julie: Well, I studied art and design at a vocational school, but I'm now working as a project manager in the 
mining industry. After I got my diploma, I worked as a teaching assistant at a kindergarten. It was a part-
time job so I had all the afternoons free. I realised that the job was not challenging enough. I had plenty of 
time and I was capable of handing a lot more, so I started an international business course.

Julie: That's right. lt was a degree course, and it took me three years to complete it. Then I got hired by 
West Corner, a mining company. in the marketing team. I was lucky to have a very supportive supervisor,
